Service description

ImgRefiner provides AI-assisted image enhancement, upscaling, and photo restoration tools. The service is intended for improving user-provided images, not for creating deceptive identities or unlawful content.

Acceptable use

You may use ImgRefiner only for lawful images that you own, created, or have permission to process. You are responsible for the files you upload and the way you use the results.

Prohibited content

Do not use ImgRefiner to process or distribute NSFW, sexually explicit, sexually suggestive, illegal, hateful, harassing, or rights-infringing content. Do not use the service for face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, identity manipulation, or deceptive media.

Your content

You retain ownership of your uploaded images. You grant ImgRefiner the limited permission needed to store, process, and return the requested enhancement result.

Payments and plans

ImgRefiner may offer free trials or paid plans. When paid plans are available, prices and billing terms will be shown before checkout.

Refunds

For refund requests or billing problems, contact support@imgrefiner.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days and will review requests based on the issue, usage, and applicable payment provider rules.

Availability

We work to keep ImgRefiner reliable, but processing may fail or be delayed because of network, storage, or third-party provider issues.
