ImgRefiner processes images to enhance clarity, upscale resolution, and restore photos. This policy explains what data we handle and how we protect it.

Data we collect

We collect uploaded images, temporary session identifiers, processing job metadata, waitlist email addresses when submitted, and basic analytics events if analytics are enabled.

Image processing

Uploaded images are stored in private storage and sent to our image processing provider only for the purpose of producing the requested enhancement result.

Retention and deletion

Uploaded images and enhanced results are temporary. They are scheduled for deletion within 24 hours through our cleanup process. Waitlist emails are kept until you ask us to remove them.

Third-party processors

We use Supabase for private storage and job records, an image processing provider for enhancement tasks, and Google Analytics when analytics are configured.

Analytics

Analytics events help us understand product usage and reliability. We do not send uploaded image files through analytics events.

You may request deletion of waitlist data or ask privacy questions by contacting support@imgrefiner.com.
